Massage Styles:
Swedish-Long gliding strokes with oil suitable for all ages and body types.
Pressure: gentle-firm. Without clothes, modest draping.

Shiatsu- finger pressure stimulation to acupressure points and meridians.
Pressure: gentle-medium. Clothing optional, gentle stretching included.

Deep tissue and sport-Various stretching, kneading, and pressing techniques with hands, elbows, knees, and feet to provide relief to chronic pain.

Prenatal- Gentle Swedish massage with proper positioning and draping that is suitable for all stages of pregnancy.

 Ashiatsu- barefoot massage technique using gliding strokes and compression all over the body. Bars overhead assist the therapist with balance, support and pressure specificity to provide a comfortable and very effective deep tissue massage. 

Massage enhancements and add ons:
Hot Stone- Small to large stones heated and used to massage all over the body increasing circulation, relaxation, detoxification, and pain relief.

Himalayan Salt Stones- In addition to the hot stone benefits mentioned above the Himalayan salt deposits 84 minerals back into the body aiding in further relief and detox.

Jadience Jade and Ginseng Body wrap- Slimming and detoxifying Jade and Ginseng serum applied to organs after a dry brush exfoliation is performed to stimulate the body.  Once serum is applied the torso is wrapped in plastic to retain heat and help promote absorption nto the body.

Yoga styles:
Vinyasa- Links movement to each breath in poses. Levels 1-3. Some experience recommended.

Iyengar- Iyengar is a very meticulous style of yoga, with utmost attention paid to finding the proper alignment in a pose. In order to help each student find the proper alignment the use of props— blocks, blankets, straps, chairs, bolsters, and a rope wall are all common. If you have had an injury Iyengar is probably your best choice to insure you get the knowledgeable instruction you need. Levels 1-3. No experience necessary.

Restorative-Restorative yoga is a delicious way to way to relax and soothe frayed nerves while still getting a stretch and relief. Restorative classes use bolsters, blankets, and blocks to prop students in passive poses so that the body can experience the benefits of a pose without having to exert any effort. A good restorative class is more rejuvenating than a nap. No experience necessary.

Power- Full body work out with increased heart rate, sets/reps of certain yoga postures with possibility to add weights to poses. Stretch, Strengthen, and gain balance.

Vibrating power plate yoga and strength training- Platform that vibrates and shakes in all three directions increasing muscle recruitment by 30-40% improving balance, pain, and strength in knees, back, and core dramatically while standing or completing exercises.

Pool/Sauna/Hot tub- Yoga postures done in water and or sauna with use of hot tub and facility afterwards to facilitate further detoxification and/or deepen the understanding of poses.

Pranayama- Breathing techniques added before, during, or after asana (physical poses) practice that can create new neural pathways and provide a tremendous amount of benefit for the rest of your body.
